| Accounting Standards Not Yet Adopted | Accounting Standards Not Yet Adopted: In November 2024, the FASB issued ASU No. 2024-03, Income Statement - Reporting Comprehensive Income - Expense Disaggregation Disclosures (Subtopic 220-40) (ASU 2024-03), which requires entities to disclose disaggregated information about certain income statement expense line items in the notes to their financial statements on an annual and interim basis. ASU 2024-03 is effective for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2026, and interim reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2027, with early adoption permitted. We are currently in the process of evaluating the impact of this ASU on our Financial Statements and related disclosures. In May 2026, the FASB issued Accounting Standards Update ASU No. 2026-02, Environmental Credits and Environmental Credit Obligations (Topic 818) (ASU 2026-02), which establishes recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure requirements for environmental credits and related environmental credit obligations. The guidance is effective for public business entities for annual reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2027, and interim reporting periods within those annual reporting periods, with early adoption permitted. We are currently in the process of evaluating the impact of this ASU on our Financial Statements and related disclosures.

These Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements should be read in conjunction with the consolidated financial statements and notes thereto included in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025. The balance sheet at December 31, 2025 has been derived from the audited financial statements at that date but does not include all of the information or notes required by U.S. GAAP for complete financial statements. Certain reclassifications have been made to the prior periods’ Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements to conform to the current period's presentation.
