Depreciation of property, plant and equipment was $201.1 million, $201.8 million, and $190.3 million for fiscal 2026, 2025 and 2024, respectively.

As of June 30, 2026, the Company had certain assets classified as held for sale with a carrying value of approximately $7.0 million, which is not material for reclassification separately on the Consolidated Balance Sheet. As of June 30, 2025, the Company did not have any assets classified as held for sale.
