| DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS | 1. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Flutter Entertainment plc (the “Company” or “Flutter”) and its subsidiaries (together referred to as the “Group”) is a global online sports betting and iGaming entity, operating some of the world’s most innovative, diverse and distinctive online sports betting and gaming brands such as FanDuel, Sky Betting & Gaming, Sportsbet, PokerStars, Paddy Power, Sisal, tombola, Betfair, Adjarabet, MaxBet, Snai and Betnacional. As of June 30, 2026, the Group offers its products in approximately 100 countries. The Company is a public limited company incorporated and domiciled in the Republic of Ireland with operational headquarters in New York.
