The Company engages in transactions with its equity method investees in the ordinary course of business. Net sales to the Company’s equity method investees amounted to $31 and $60 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively, and $41 and $69 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, respectively. Purchases from the Company’s equity method investees amounted to $71 and $133 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively, and $88 and $153 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, respectively. Dividends received from the equity method investees amounted to $4 for both the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively. Dividends received from the equity method investees amounted to less than $1 for both the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, respectively. |
