| SUBSEQUENT EVENT | Subsequent Events Amendment to 2022 Plan On August 3, 2026, the shareholders of the Company approved an amendment to the 2022 Plan, which increased the number of shares of the Company's common stock reserved for future issuance by 8.3 million shares. Amendment to 2017 Plan On July 29, 2026, the Board of Directors approved an amendment to the 2017 Plan, which increased the number of shares of the Company's common stock reserved for future issuance by 1.2 million shares.
