Note 13 - Segment and Geographic Data
The Company operates as one operating segment, deriving revenues from customers by providing access to its go-to-market intelligence platform. The Company’s chief operating decision maker (“CODM”) is its Chief Executive Officer, who reviews financial information on a consolidated basis and uses net income (loss) for purposes of making operating decisions, assessing financial performance and allocating resources. The CODM also reviews total assets, as reported on our Consolidated Balance Sheets, and Purchases of property and equipment and other assets, as reported on our Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows.
Long-lived assets by geographical region are based on the location of the legal entity that owns the assets, which includes Property and equipment, net and Operating lease right-of-use assets, net. As of June 30, 2026, long-lived assets held in the United States were $271.1 million, representing approximately 94% of the consolidated total. As of December 31, 2025, long-lived assets held in the United States were $257.1 million, representing approximately 93% of the consolidated total.
Contracts denominated in currencies other than U.S. Dollar were not material for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025. Revenues derived from customers and partners located outside the United States, as determined based on the address provided by our customers and partners, accounted for approximately 11% and 12% of total revenue for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively, and approximately 11% and 12% of total revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
