OLP is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (“REIT”). OLP acquires, owns and manages a geographically diversified portfolio consisting primarily of industrial properties. As of June 30, 2026, OLP owns 109 properties, including one property owned by a consolidated joint venture. The 109 properties are located in 33 states. |
