| RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS | RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS For the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company purchased $8.8 million and $17.2 million, respectively, of raw materials used in the production process from a related party, which were recorded as a component of Cost of sales in the Condensed Consolidated Statement of Operations. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, the Company purchased $8.5 million and $17.1 million, respectively, of raw materials used in the production process from a related party, which were recorded as a component of Cost of sales in the Condensed Consolidated Statement of Operations. As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company recorded an associated payable of $2.9 million and $2.5 million, respectively, related to the unpaid portion of these purchases. Substantially concurrently with the March Offering and May Offering, the Company completed the share repurchases as detailed in Note 5 - "Stockholders' Equity".
