| The Company | The Company BlackLine, Inc. and its subsidiaries (the “Company” or “BlackLine”) offer BlackLine’s Agentic Financial Operations Platform that drives digital finance transformation by empowering organizations with accurate, efficient, and intelligent financial operations. Built on the Studio360 platform, and using intelligence powered by Verity - a comprehensive suite of embedded, auditable AI capabilities - BlackLine unifies data, streamlines processes, and delivers real-time insights. BlackLine’s platform is built on an architecture that separates the system processing transactions from the system that independently validates and controls them. The Company is a holding company and conducts its operations through its wholly-owned subsidiary, BlackLine Systems, Inc. (“BlackLine Systems”). The Company is headquartered in Woodland Hills, California, with additional offices in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
