| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | NOTE 14 — SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to June 30, 2026, the Company completed the acquisition of certain oil and gas leasehold interests. Management evaluated the transaction, and concluded the transaction represents a nonrecognized subsequent event. Accordingly, no adjustments to the accompanying condensed financial statements were required.
