| RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS | RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS We currently use Structure Medical, LLC (“Structure Medical”) as one of our suppliers. Structure Medical is affiliated with Squadron (the Company's largest investor) and a supplier with which we maintain certain long-term agreements. We made aggregate payments to Structure Medical for inventory purchases of $466 and $657 for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively and $843 and $789 for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
