All portfolio companies are located in North America or Europe. As of June 30, 2026, Trinity Capital Inc. (the “Company”) had twelve foreign domiciled portfolio companies, four of which are based in Canada and eight of which are based in Europe. As of June 30, 2026, these foreign domiciled portfolio investments represented 17.6% of total net asset value based on fair value. The Company generally acquires its investments in private transactions exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”). These investments are generally subject to certain limitations on resale and may be deemed to be “restricted securities” under the Securities Act.

Investment is pledged as collateral supporting amounts outstanding under the Company's credit facility with KeyBank, National Association (the “KeyBank Credit Facility”) or the Company's secured term loan facility with KeyBank (the “KeyBank Secured Term Loan Facility”).
