SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	12. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Dividends On July 31, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share. The dividend is payable September 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 8, 2026.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
