| Revenues | 13. Revenues Revenues comprise the following:
Net pool revenues—related party depend on the net results of the Helios Pool, and the available days and pool points for each vessel. Refer to Note 2 to the consolidated financial statements included in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2026. Other revenues, net mainly represent claim reimbursements and income from charterers relating to reimbursement of voyage expenses, such as costs for war risk insurance and security guards. |
