| Basis of Preparation | 2. Basis of Preparation Principles of Consolidation The condensed consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company, and its wholly owned subsidiaries. Intercompany transactions and balances between consolidated businesses have been eliminated. The accounting policies set out below have been applied consistently in the condensed consolidated financial statements. The condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (“U.S. GAAP”) and the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) applicable to interim reports. Certain information and footnote disclosures normally included in financial statements have been condensed or omitted pursuant to such rules and regulations. In the opinion of management, the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements include all normal recurring adjustments necessary to present fairly the information required to be set forth therein. The Company’s management believes the disclosures are adequate to make the information presented not misleading when read in conjunction with the audited consolidated financial statements and the notes thereto included in its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025, which was filed with the SEC on March 16, 2026 (“2025 Form 10-K”).
