| Fair Value of Financial Instruments | Fair Value of Financial Instruments The recorded amounts of the Company’s cash and cash equivalents, accounts receivable, and accounts payable as of June 30, 2026 and September 30, 2025 approximate fair value based upon the relatively short-term nature of these financial instruments. Within Cash and Cash Equivalents, the Company had no investments in money market accounts as of June 30, 2026 and had $1,864.0 million of investments in money market accounts as of September 30, 2025. The fair value of the money market accounts was determined based upon unadjusted quoted prices in active markets for identical assets, otherwise known as Level 1 inputs. The recorded amount of long-term debt (see Note 7) and the corresponding fair value as of June 30, 2026 were $11,444.1 million and $11,163.5 million, respectively. The recorded amount of long-term debt and the corresponding fair value as of September 30, 2025 were $7,543.0 million and $7,361.4 million, respectively. The fair value of long-term debt was determined based upon inputs other than quoted prices, otherwise known as Level 2 inputs.
