The Company is an industry leading home, security and digital products company whose purpose is to elevate every life by transforming spaces into havens that has a portfolio of leading branded products used for residential home repair, remodeling, new construction and security applications. References to “Fortune Brands,” “the Company,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. and its consolidated subsidiaries as a whole, unless the context otherwise requires. The condensed consolidated financial statements and notes are presented pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and do not contain certain information included in our annual audited consolidated financial statements and notes. The December 27, 2025 Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet was derived from our audited consolidated financial statements but does not include all disclosures required by U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”). This Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q should be read in conjunction with the audited consolidated financial statements and notes included in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 27, 2025.
The Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet as of June 27, 2026, the related Condensed Consolidated Statements of Comprehensive Income and Equity for the twenty-six weeks and thirteen weeks ended June 27, 2026, the related Condensed Consolidated Statements of Comprehensive Income and Equity for the twenty-six weeks and thirteen weeks ended June 28, 2025, and the related Condensed Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows for the twenty-six weeks ended June 27, 2026 and June 28, 2025 are unaudited. The presentation of these financial statements requires us to make estimates and assumptions that affect reported amounts and related disclosures. Actual results could differ from those estimates. In the opinion of management, all adjustments necessary for a fair statement of the financial statements have been included. Interim results may not be indicative of results for a full year. |
