| GOODWILL | GOODWILLAs of each of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company had goodwill of $59.0 million recorded in connection with the December 2018 merger with Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., pursuant to which Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company has not identified any goodwill impairment to date. |
