(the “Company”) is headquartered in Portland, Tennessee and is a leading design-engineering company and manufacturer of advanced electrical infrastructure solutions for mission‑critical applications across solar photovoltaic (PV), battery energy storage solutions (BESS), and data center power systems for the global energy transition market. As of June 30, 2026, the Company owns directly or indirectly five subsidiaries: Shoals Intermediate Parent Inc., Shoals Technologies Group, LLC, Shoals International, LLC, Shoals Energy Spain, S.L. and Shoals Energy Australia Pty Ltd.
