| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events for adjustment to or disclosure in its condensed consolidated financial statements through the date of this report. No subsequent events have been identified other than those disclosed in these condensed consolidated financial statements except for the following: On July 23, 2026, the Company entered into an option agreement to acquire a 900 MW site in Texas. On July 24, 2026, the Company amended the HPC lease at the Black Pearl Facility, which accelerated delivery of the first capacity to early August.
