| Subsequent Event | Subsequent Event Warrant Exercises Subsequent to June 30, 2026, institutional holders exercised a total of 6,399,171 warrants pursuant to the February and July 2023 warrant agreements at an exercise price of $3.2946 per share resulting in the issuance of 6,399,171 shares of the company’s common stock for proceeds totaling $21.1 million. As of August 4, 2026, no warrants remain outstanding under the February and July 2023 warrant agreements.
