| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events Quarterly Dividend Declared On August 3, 2026, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on our common stock in the amount of $0.09 per share. The dividend is payable on September 16, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 19, 2026.
