| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 28, 2026, the company declared a second quarter 2026 dividend of $0.215 per common share, payable on September 2, 2026, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on August 14, 2026 with an ex-dividend date of August 14, 2026. On July 28, 2026, the company declared a preferred dividend of $14.75 per preferred share to the holders of preferred shares representing the period from June 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026. The preferred dividend is payable on September 1, 2026.
