| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | 12.SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Quarterly Cash Dividend On July 28, 2026, the Company’s Board declared a dividend of $0.05 per share which is expected to be payable on August 28, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 14, 2026. The ex-dividend date is expected to be on or around August 13, 2026. The dividend will be paid in cash.
