As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Trust held 937,711.06236692 and 949,408.87165001 ZEN, respectively. The Trust determined the fair value per ZEN to be $4.03 and $9.14 on June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively, using the price provided at 4:00 p.m., New York time, by the Digital Asset Trading Platform Market considered to be the Trust’s principal market (Coinbase).
