[2] During the second quarter of 2025, Kodak recorded an impairment charge of $17 million related to its investment in Wildcat Discovery Technologies, Inc. (“Wildcat”) due to the strategic options and alternatives being contemplated by Wildcat. The fair value of Kodak’s investment in Wildcat was estimated using a probability weighted assessment of the various options being considered under a combination of market and income approaches (Level 3).
