| EQUITY | EQUITY Dividends - Holders of our common stock share equally in any common stock dividends declared by our Board of Directors. Dividends paid on our common stock in February and May 2026 were $1.07 per share. We declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $1.07 per share in July 2026. The quarterly common stock dividend will be paid on August 14, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 3, 2026.
