| Related Party Transactions | Related Party Transactions The Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President, both of whom are also members of the Company’s board of directors, are the two sole members of the board of directors of the Lemonade Foundation. The Company contributed 500,000 shares of common stock with a fair market value of $24.36 per share (Note 10), of which 400,000 shares were owned by the Lemonade Foundation as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025. There was no outstanding amount due to or from the Lemonade Foundation as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025.
