| INVENTORIES | INVENTORIES The components of inventories, net are as follows (in thousands):
In June 2026, $9.8 million of inventories related to iovera°, comprised of $5.6 million of raw materials, $1.2 million of work-in-process and $3.0 million of finished goods, were reclassified to assets held for sale in conjunction with entering into the Purchase Agreement with Zimmer.
