Tariff refund - On February 20, 2026, the Supreme Court ruled that the tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act ("IEEPA") were unauthorized and therefore deemed invalid. Further, on March 4, 2026, the Court of International Trade ruled that U.S. Customs and Border Protection must refund the IEEPA tariffs that were collected. As a result of these court rulings establishing the Company's legal right to a refund of the IEEPA tariffs, the Company determined that it is entitled to a tariff refund of approximately $64. For the three and nine months ended June 30, 2026, the Company recorded a $16.5 and $64.1 benefit in Cost of goods sold on the Consolidated (Condensed) Statements of Earnings and Comprehensive income, respectively. As of June 30, 2026, the Company has begun filing for the refund. Subsequent to the quarter end, the Company has received approximately $11.0 of the refund, which was recorded in Other current assets as of June 30, 2026. The remaining refund balance is included in Other assets on the Consolidated (condensed) Balance Sheet.
