| NEW ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTS | NEW ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTS The Company considers the applicability and impact of all Accounting Standards Updates ("ASUs") issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB"). ASUs not listed below were assessed and determined to be either not applicable or are expected to have minimal impact on the Company's Consolidated Financial Statements. Not Yet Adopted Expense Disaggregation Disclosures In November 2024, the FASB issued ASU 2024-03, Income Statement—Reporting Comprehensive Income—Expense Disaggregation Disclosures (Subtopic 220-40) to improve the disclosures about a public business entity’s expenses and provide more detailed information about the types of expenses included in certain expense captions in the Consolidated Financial Statements. The amendments in this update are effective for annual reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2026, and interim reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2027. The Company is evaluating the impact this guidance will have on the disclosures in the consolidated financial statements and related disclosures.
