NOTE 9. FAIR VALUE MEASUREMENTS

 

The fair value of the Public Warrants is $4,370,000, or $0.57 per Public Warrant. The fair value of Public Warrants was determined using Monte Carlo Simulation Model. The Public Warrants have been classified within shareholders’ deficit and will not require remeasurement after issuance. The following table presents the quantitative information regarding market assumptions used in the level 3 valuation of the Public Warrants as of January 29, 2026:

Marketable securities held in the Trust Account are comprised of U.S. government treasury bills maturing within three months. Cash equivalents held in the Company’s operating account are comprised of U.S. government treasury bills maturing within 30 days.
