| Organization and Description of Business | Organization and Description of Business Description of Business Backblaze, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Backblaze” or the “Company”) is a high-performance cloud storage platform that serves as a backbone for data-intensive use cases in artificial intelligence (“AI”) as well as across a broad range of other modern cloud workloads. Customers also use the Backblaze Storage Cloud platform to help ensure the cyber-resilience of their organizations, streamline media workflows, and address a variety of other data-focused application and information technology needs. The Company delivers its services through the Backblaze Storage Cloud platform, a purpose-built, web-scale software architecture operating on commodity hardware. Backblaze’s offerings include B2 Cloud Storage, an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (“IaaS”) solution, and Computer Backup, a Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) solution.
