| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On July 29, 2026, the Board declared a regular quarterly cash dividend for Vitesse’s common stock of $0.4375 per share for stockholders of record as of September 15, 2026, which will be paid on September 30, 2026. Other than the above disclosure or other subsequent events disclosed elsewhere in the notes to the financial statements, there were no material subsequent events.
