| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events In preparing its condensed consolidated financial statements, the Company evaluated events and transactions occurring after June 30, 2026 through the date the financial statements were issued for recognition and disclosure purposes. On July 1, 2026, the Company acquired New Garden Crossing, a 169,000 square foot community center anchored by Lowes Foods, in Greensboro, North Carolina, for a gross acquisition price of $34.0 million. The Company completed the transaction using available liquidity.
