| Disposed Properties | Disposed Properties There were no properties disposed of during the six months ended June 30, 2026. The following table reflects the real property disposed of during the six months ended June 30, 2025:
(a)The Company disposed of five properties, consisting of River Oaks Shopping Center, Campus Marketplace, Old Grove Marketplace, Bear Creek Village Center, and Pavilion at La Quinta, as part of a portfolio sale.
