As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company had $239.8 million and $251.8 million, respectively, of accrued capital expenditures included in “Net property and equipment” with an offsetting amount in “Accounts payable trade” in the consolidated balance sheets. See Note 10. Equity Investment for discussion of a promissory note borrowing and related investment which were transacted on a non-cash basis in the six months ended June 30, 2026.
