| SHARE REPURCHASES | SHARE REPURCHASES During the three-month period ended June 26, 2026, the Company made no share repurchases. Under the Company’s current share repurchase program, the Board of Directors authorized repurchases of its outstanding ordinary shares for up to $1.7 billion in accordance with the share repurchase mandate approved by the Company’s shareholders at the most recent Annual General Meeting held on August 6, 2025. As of June 26, 2026, shares in the aggregate amount of $1.1 billion were available to be repurchased under the current plan.
