ORGANIZATIONAL RESTRUCTURING	ORGANIZATIONAL RESTRUCTURING In fiscal 2025, the Company initiated an organizational restructuring of its offices-based workforce to right-size its cost structure and improve future profitability. In connection with this restructuring, the Company recorded charges of $9.8 million in Selling, general, and administrative expenses in fiscal 2025, primarily related to severance and other termination benefits. As of January 3, 2026, the Company had an accrual of $8.8 million related to these actions recorded in Other current liabilities on the condensed consolidated balance sheets. During the first two quarters of fiscal 2026, the Company paid substantially all of the remaining severance and other termination benefits and completed the restructuring. The Company recorded no charges related to this restructuring during the second quarter or the first two quarters of fiscal 2026
