| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events Subsequent Portfolio Additions From July 1, 2026 through July 24, 2026, the Company added 137 newly constructed properties delivered through its AMH Development Program to its operating portfolio for a total cost of approximately $55.0 million. Subsequent Dispositions From July 1, 2026 through July 24, 2026, the Company disposed of 97 single-family properties for aggregate net proceeds of approximately $30.2 million.
