| STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAM | STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAM On February 3, 2026, we announced a share repurchase authorization of up to $600.0 million of common stock. This authorization replaces previous authorizations and has no expiration date. We may repurchase shares through the open market, privately negotiated transactions or other programs, subject to market conditions. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, we repurchased approximately 403 thousand shares for $50.0 million and 1.1 million shares for $150.0 million, respectively. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, we repurchased approximately 452 thousand shares for $70.0 million and 1.0 million shares for $150.0 million, respectively. As of June 30, 2026, there was $450.0 million for authorized share repurchases remaining under the existing authorization.
