| Fair Value |
Note 12 — Fair Value GAAP defines fair value and establishes a framework for measuring and disclosing fair value. Fair value should be based on the assumptions market participants would use when pricing an asset or liability and establishes a fair value hierarchy that prioritizes the information used to develop those assumptions. For a detailed description of the Company’s fair value measurement framework, including valuation methodologies and the classification of financial instruments within the fair value hierarchy, refer to Note 23 to the Consolidated Financial Statements in the 2025 Form 10-K. The tables below present the Company’s fair value measurements as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, as well as changes in Level 3 instruments, if applicable.
