Segment Reporting, CODM, Profit (Loss) Measure, How Used, Description The CODM evaluates performance and allocates resources based on net income (loss) that also is reported on the condensed consolidated statements of operations as net loss, and cash used in operations.  
Segment Reporting, Expense Information Used by CODM, Description The significant expenses regularly reviewed by the CODM are consistent with those reported on the Company’s condensed consolidated statements of operations, and expenses are not regularly provided to or reviewed on a more disaggregated basis for purposes of assessing segment performance and deciding how to allocate resources. Other segment items included in net loss primarily include changes in the fair value of the Company’s financial instruments and other income and expenses.
