As of June 30, 2026, the Company accounts for all issued and outstanding warrants to purchase common stock as equity-classified instruments based on the guidance in ASC 480 and ASC 815.
In addition to the common warrants listed above, the Company had pre-funded warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 4,456,393 shares of Common Stock outstanding at June 30, 2026. |
