(b) Resignation of Director
On July 30, 2026, Professor Amnon Peled notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Silexion Therapeutics Corp (the “Company”) of his resignation from his position as a member of the Board, for personal reasons, effective as of August 1, 2026. Professor Peled’s resignation did not arise or result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
