| Basis of Presentation | Basis of Presentation The accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements of Perimeter Solutions, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company”) are unaudited and have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“U.S. GAAP”) for interim financial information and with the instructions to Form 10-Q and Article 10 of Regulation S-X. Accordingly, they do not include all of the information and disclosures required by U.S. GAAP for complete financial statements. In the opinion of management, all adjustments of a normal and recurring nature considered necessary for a fair presentation have been included in the accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements. The results of operations for the interim period are not necessarily indicative of the results that will be realized for the entire fiscal year. These condensed consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with the Company’s audited financial statements and accompanying notes thereto included in the Company’s 2025 Annual Report filed with the SEC on February 26, 2026.

| Recently Adopted Accounting Pronouncements And Accounting Pronouncements Issued but not yet Adopted | Recently Adopted Accounting Pronouncements In July 2025, the FASB issued ASU No. 2025-05, Measurement of Credit Losses for Accounts Receivable and Contract Assets, which allows all entities to apply a practical expedient when estimating expected credit losses that assumes current conditions as of the balance sheet date will remain unchanged over the asset’s remaining life. The standard is effective for annual periods beginning after December 15, 2025, and interim reporting periods within those years. Early adoption is permitted. The Company adopted this ASU prospectively for the annual and interim periods beginning on January 1, 2026. The adoption did not have a material impact on the Company’s financial position or results of operations. Accounting Pronouncements Issued but not yet Adopted In November 2024, the FASB issued ASU No. 2024-03, Disaggregation of Income Statement Expenses, which requires disclosures about specific types of expenses included in the expense captions presented on the face of the income statement as well as disclosures about selling expenses. The new guidance is effective for annual reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2026, and interim reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2027. Although the ASU requires comparative disclosures for all periods presented, entities will be permitted to begin applying the guidance prospectively. Therefore, comparative disclosures are not required for reporting periods beginning before the effective date. Entities can elect to apply this ASU retrospectively to any or all prior periods presented in the financial statements. The Company is currently evaluating the impact that the adoption of this ASU will have on its disclosures.
