SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENT Dividend Declaration On July 30, 2026, we announced that our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.88 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to our stockholders of record as of September 21, 2026 and is expected to be paid on October 15, 2026.
