| Hotel Dispositions | Hotel Dispositions On May 1, 2026, we sold the Courtyard New York Manhattan/Fifth Avenue for $33.0 million. We received net proceeds of $29.9 million from the transaction, which included customary working capital and other closing adjustments. We recognized a pre-tax gain on sale of $31.6 million.
