Item 8.01     Other Events.
On July 28, 2026, Better Home & Finance Holding Company (the “Company” or “Better”) executed an amendment to its broker agreement with Intuit Credit Karma pursuant to which Better will partner with Intuit Credit Karma to provide Intuit Credit Karma’s consumer base, which includes 140 million consumers in the United States, Home Equity Line of Credit (“HELOC”) products under the “Credit Karma Home Loans powered by Better” brand.

Once launched, the Company expects that the offering of HELOC products, in addition to Rate Term Refinance and Cash out Refinance products currently offered through the partnership, will contribute meaningfully to the Company’s loan volume and revenue growth over the following several quarters.
