| STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY | STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY Cash Dividends Cash dividends declared per share for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 were $0.01 and $0.17, respectively, and for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 were $0.02 and $0.34, respectively. Stock Repurchase Programs In July 2012, our Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program and the related authorization amount was subsequently increased a number of times. During the first six months of 2026 and 2025 we did not repurchase any shares under this authority. We had $1.30 billion remaining available under the authorization as of June 30, 2026.
